A second teenager suspected of being involved in an early-June vandalism spree was arrested over the weekend. The Houston Police Department said Tyler T. Shea, 18, of 11299 Pettis Lane at Plato, is charged with four felony counts of rst-degree property damage and one misdemeanor charge of second-degree property damage. According to a report, Shea was arrested at about 5 p.m. Sunday.
